I’m looking to know if Public Mobile has any support for customers in Atlantic Canada due to the hurricane. We just got power back last night after 4 days without but still no internet so I am almost over my data (besides using it to contact family, keep updated on live feeds from the government, i also need it for work). I noticed other companies giving one time free add ons so I’m curious to know if there is anything of the sort with PM.

Do not hold your breath to get anything from PM.
You can send a note to agent asking for some relieve; if many customers ask maybe PM will offer something.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

@Kandace , it doesn't look like there will be support offered to those affected by Fiona. Usually it is the top tier brands that do these kinds of things.
