In the last week I’ve had two friends try and call me and have gotten a not in service error.

My acct is in good standing and I haven’t had an interruption in service.

I need to fix this quickly.

Any suggestions?

@Zoom707  is outgoing calls working?  how about outgoing text?  incoming text?  data?

try reseat the SIM as well (power down, take the SIM out, wipe it clean and then put it back in)..

Try to reboot the phone as per @Dunkman instructions and see if that works.

If not, give us more details whether other functions work.

Does text and data work?

Which plan are you on?

Did incoming calls work before? What about incoming texts?

More details the better.

Some basic trouble shooting advice:

Reboot phone

Network reset of phone.

Toggle airplane mode on, then off

Can also try putting SIM card in another working phone. Helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
