My wife and grandson cannot log in to my account there email addresses are not recognized although they were the emails I used when I set up there my accounts. Now my wife's phone is locked because of no payment because I can't get in to her account to rectify the banking issue she now has no phone to use how do I change or renew their emails so that they can log in
