My wife can’t log in to her account

We’ve tried resetting her password numerous times and it still won’t let her in. I tried a few times myself.

Your wife --not you --needs to contact CS but be prepared to go through the verification to make certain that for example a person just doesn't want to hack in a spouses account.

The image is still there. You will need to delete it from your Community account profile.

If you are entering your email and password with Autofill…it won’t let you login.

You have to manually enter your email address and the will be a check mark once you do this.

Then manually enter your password and again a check mark and finally tap Log In

@Markham78 After a few bad attempts to log in, there's a 1 hour lock.   Try in 1 hour to log in or for password reset.

@Markham78 you might want to remove your image from your profile as it is showing your email address.  

Yes, look there is some issue with EverSafe login and you need to open ticket with Support.  Provide them the info and make sure you aware that you already tried to reset the password but that does not help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

what was the error message?

PM has started using the new EverSafe login, was our wife ever able to login EverSafe successfully ? 

Did she got stuck with 2FA or just stuck at password?

@Markham78  Try tapping resend code a few times and see if you don’t get option for code to send to email instead . If still no dice . Please submit ticket with support to help you
