This isn't entirely true.  Public Mobile use both the Telus LTE and HSPA networks.

I am sure you have seen a ton of threads with this issue. You will see several different options to rectify this, if all else fails and it is the autopay people have been having success getting a CSA to sort it out for them.

Did your plan renew on April 1st? PM had autopay failure and some account have been suspended. Even manual payment did not work is some cases.

Did you try to reboot? Remove SIM out/in? Try SIM in some other phone?
