I selected a change in my plan to the 12GB on the next cycle day that was today and it didn’t change, I’m still with my 5GB plan.

Did you reply to an offer text about a plan? If so, I don't think that idea worked. If you want the plan you will need to manually schedule it for your next renewal.
But if the private or spinner refreshes work then there you go.

HI @Andressabrunac maybe it was changed, just the browser not showing
Login My Account account with Private or Incognito mode and check if the new plan is showing

@Andressabrunac Try logging in to your account using a different browser in incognito mode. Your probably looking at old cached information.
