I updated my plan last month for the renewal date of Oct 17. However, my usage was never reset and I paid for updated plan and am still only getting access to my original plan. My original plan was 5g for $40 for 3g and my updated plan is 6g for $45 for 4g. My phone and plan on the account says my plan remains to the original plan and my payment statement says I’ve paid for my 4g plan. What do I do? Help!

Same happened to me, new plan and reset usage were not showing up. I had to clear cache and cookies, or use a different browser. The website is not robust.

The self serve can be very wonky. After you log into it, click the refresh arrow to get an updated version, as you may be seeing a cached version of the page.

hi you may be looking at a cached version of your data usage. clear your cache or use another browser in private or incognito mode,reboot your device and sign back into your account ,see if it clears up
