Good afternoon I would to transfer my phone number to public mobile number

you should provide us some follow-up info if you've got the phone working on PM or not. There's a group of Forum contributors here who can provide help if needed. Let us know the status of your concern.

@Germainej1983  You can do this in activation or in my account afterwards . Be sure your old provider is still active leaving old providers SIM card in phone you will get a confirmation text that you need to  reply YES to transfer number you have 90 minutes to do this and port  should complete fairly quickly but no longer then 2 hours on average . Once your old some no longer works pop in the PM SIM card
