I have unlimited phone calls yet when I dialled a number a recorded voice came on saying I have no more availability to make calls.

Why would Public Mobile give me this message over the phone?

@Lorainel - if the calls are still going through after hearing that message, or after adding a 1, then ignore that message; hopefully it will go away soon.

 

If the calls are still not completing, try:

  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

 

If the message persists and/or you are unable to complete calls, after suggested troubleshooting let CSA know to check on your account.

turn off device and take out SIM card and reinsert back on, and add 1 in front of area code.

Although rare, this seems to happen every once in awhile. Some troubleshooting is restarting your phone and/or putting 1 in front of the number
