did you try your PM sim card in another phone to confirm it is not an account/sim problem? you can also put another active sim card in your phone to test

Are you a new Customer?

How long has this been happening?

Do you have network coverage where you are?

1. Restart your phone 
2. Reset your network settings 
3. Remove & reinsert your SIM Card (do not do this if it’s an eSIM)
