Oh then in that case no problem, but to any moderators reading this I would suggest you have that indicated on the website and also the auto reply email as to not create any confusion. Currently on the site and auto reply email typical reply times are indicated as 2 days.

@killy average wait time for first intial response is 12 days. For example a fellow member coming from Chat-R sumbitted it on Nov 18 but everything just got resolved today. I believe the rep responsed about 2 days ago via email. Then PM had contacted him via phone and then his alternative number as well to discuss the porting issue.

I think we were intormed yesterday that the average time for a response currently is about 14 days.

So I guess you still have some time to wait.
