I'm locked out of my account.  Tried several times to change passwords and always says password and email doesn't match

I went around in circles on this myself until I read somewhere on the site that the Eversafe password must not contain a dictionary word.  Mine did and once I changed it so that there were no actual words in it I was able to successfully register a new password.   If I remember rightly I had to go directly to the Eversafe log in page to do that because I was still locked out of the PM one.  So just a thought, if you were using a password that had words you might find in a dictionary then try changing it to something that doesn't.

@Nan3   If you account is locked out, you have to wait full hour before trying again

@Nan3  you will need to wait an hour if locked out to try again , then use your email and tap forgot password , get code sent to email verify create new password . Send another code to phone verify it and you should be logged in
