My account suspended but my cc was charged

My account is suspended but public Mobil took the money from my cc for the next billing date. The charge is posted on my credit card but I have $25.00 credit with public mobile. 

I can’t use the $25 credit to reactivate my account. I’m in Manitoba and I didn’t change plans but it appears that I have to sign up again but again, it won’t work

At the top right, click More  , 3 dots,  More and then New Incognito Window.

 

 

@Sharon00  For incognito mode, click on the three little dots on the upper right corner of the page. Then choose incognito mode.

@Sharon00   If you're renewal date just happened and services still work, then there's nothing to worry about.  It's just going through the regular process.

HI@Sharon00   Why you cannot use teh $25 credit to reactivate the account?

 

You can login to the account?

Try to use Private mode or Incognito mode to go into My Account.  Check if you see the $25, if so, try to reactivate.  

 

If it does not work, but you see the $25, then you might need to open ticket with CS agent.
