My account is on hold, would I lost my loyalty reward after renew my plan?

My account is on hold due to my auto-renewal card being declined. It shows that I have 90 days to renew the plan before I lost my number. Just wonder if I would lost my loyalty reward after I renew my plan? Loyalty reward mean the 1 dollar discount for every year I am with PM.

NO. As long as you resolve the issue within the 90 days and reactivate your account, you will not lose anything. But the sooner the better IMO.

Hello @BananaPad 

You can update your payment method if you go to the subscriptions tab on your account. I would update the payment method and then reach out to support if you end up losing the deal.
