but I cant activate. So How Can I do?

I did not received 'Welcome To Public Mobile', Their first email and last email(only 1email) was 'Thank you for your purchase'.

@Venny - In your email inbox it should say "Welcome To Public Mobile" as the subject.

The email that you used to create your Public Mobile account. You can find it there.

Where Can I find the my QR code?

@Venny - The welcome email should look like this:

Welcome to Public Mobile  copy-images-1.pngWelcome to Public Mobile  copy-images-2.pngWelcome to Public Mobile  copy-images-3.png

Scan the QR code in the blank box in your activation email to your phone, see if it will activate.

Also is your eSIM in your Cellular settings but disabled? Please enable it and set Public Mobile eSIM to primary.
