I had a corrupted SIM but it was impossible to know that with the available question options. I bought a new SIM card and updated the number. Service was restored two hours later.

HI @Mike1948

to check if your service is suspeded, call *611 from your phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and it will tell you

as to if there is service problem in your area, can your phone connect to PM network?

try reboot, try Reset all networks and try your sim in another phone to test
