I got charged the same amount 6 times on my credit card bill for the exact same date.

did you just start a new PM account and had trouble with the activation process ? It mighta glitched out and charged you X 6 as a result of the glitch. Glitches can happen but only rarely here. Use the link provided by the others and I know the CSA will make things right.

When you login to your account, what does it show under your payment history?
