Seems like each month I lose a few days on my plan started on the 28th and now they are billing on the 12th

Yes, it's so misleading and false advertising. The plans say monthly but are billed every 30 days. Instead of being billed say on the 1st of every month, your billing date keeps changing. Crazy.

PM has a different plan cycle than all carriers in Canada., PM does not run a monthly cycle but 30 days. So, the renewal date will move

Public mobile plans bill every 30 days. So the due dates will slowly change over time. If you change plans immediately, that will also change your date of payments.
