Missing holiday giveaway 2022

Hi there,

My dad still didn't get the text message for the Holiday Giveaway 2022. I created a post back then and someone told us to wait until Dec 15th. He still hasn't got the 'Holiday giveaway of 2gb data and 500min international call' text message.

 

He's quite upset as he's the only one who didn't get the message, but myself and the rest of the family all got this text message. How can I follow-up so that he get this holiday giveaway? Thanks!

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Definitely @S2art  - you have started something here, and for the better.   Nice work!!!

 

@winciy0412 , if your notifications were disabled, tell the CSA you want the More the Merrier bonus data and international add-on manually applied.

If notifications are deactivated on your account, and most likely that's the reason for not receiving the text.

This is why I did not receive a text.

Per the original announcement, if you did not receive the text with the offered rewards, it was recommended to contact Public Mobile before the end of December.

 

Did you previously reach out to customer support staff to ask for the free rewards?

 

If you did not, it's likely you are out of luck.  Sorry.

it could be a bit late.  But try to open ticket with PM CS agent and hope they can still add it for you

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
