Missing Loyalty, Refer-a-Friend, and autopay credits on this months bill

As the title states, I'm missing a total of $13 in statement credits

Legacy rewards (except for community rewards) are now credited to your account the day before renewal (day 29). Is there any chance you have:

• Switched to the Public Points rewards program?
• Reported your phone lost/stolen?
• Renewed your plan or changed plans before your scheduled renewal date?
•  Scheduled a change of plan from a legacy 90 day plan to a 30 day plan?

Thanks for the quick reply. I already checked in my self serve account and they weren't credited in january.

@wvpv It's very rare to see missing rewards as it is scheduled and runs automatically by the backend system. Please review the payment transaction carefully in your self-serve account. Compare the rewards with the last payment and see if it's totally different. If yes, you will have to contact the CS_Agent so they can look into it.
