since switching to public mobile i cannot send pictures or voice notes, can someone help?

I had the same issue with group messaging. I had to change a couple of settings for the APN on the network.

yes the data is enabled and have rebooted many times as well

android, other services seem to work except for group messaging actually doesn't either

Is the Cellular data enabled because you need data for the MMS to be sent to others.

Also try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

@Mary226, are you using iPhone or Android? Are all other services working as expected?

Hey @Mary226 

My buddy experienced this when he ported over. The way I helped him fix it was to go into his network settings and reset them. Then I went into his network settings and turned off automatic and picked Public Mobile and rebooted. That worked for him.
