I have been a customer for over 5 years but it says under Loyalty pays $0 it said $5 a few months ago... My wife's account which was signed up at the same time says $5
Is there an admin out there that can fix this for my account?

HI @Gr8Cornholio since the screen shows the logalty pays line, i dont' think you got changed to Public points
But this is something you need to check with PM cs agent. Please submit ticket to CS agent at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Gr8Cornholio Did you happen to switch over to the new points program instead by accident ? Hopefully not there’s not going back .. but if you haven’t I’d get support to investigate this for you
