Loyalty perk missing

Hi folks, 

It seems like after activation of my card, I didn't get any loyalty rewards, anyone have the same issue?

after reading the articles closely, I think I solve my own problem,

what it's saying in loyalty perk is its a 1 time rewards, and ONLY for those member that are old public mobile reward points will get this, so if I am a old member for 60 days, I get 2 points.

all new activation after January 2022 will be enrolled in Reward POINTS. The older legacy Rewards program isn't available to new accounts.

so the condition is only for those old public mobile to new public mobile reward?

or it's for everyone but just need the next month there will be loyalty point

If you just activated and you used a referral code a $10 credit will be put into your Available Funds in your account within 72 hours. Have you checked your account? Has it been over 72 hours?

so you just recently activated a new PM account ? Loyalty won't happen on sign-up.
