Loyalty and Auto-payment Reward

Hi there. I've been with Public Mobile coming up to 2 years. My bill statementindicates that my monthly bill payment is $26 dollars. $2 rewarded for loyalty and $2 for auto-payment. My monthly billing charge is currently at $30. I'm just wondering if there's a mistake? Also is if possible to get retro payment? Please advise?

@lcam77

I assume you are on a $30 plan? Thus your next billing is for $30 plus taxes minus your rewards amount. This always simply shows the amount of the plan you are on.

If you are on a $30 plan, and you have been charged $30 plus taxes this whole time, and under your rewards section you are showing both autopay enabled and $2 for 24 (30-day) cycles (should appear after your 24th cycle), then contact the moderators to review this.

Like other things in the self serve, I have found the loyalty reward to be a bit glitchy.  I have two accounts that were started in the same month a little over two years ago.  One account received $12 in loyalty credits and the loyalty reward indexed to $2 per renewal.  The other account received $13 in loyalty credits before the loyalty reward indexed to $2 per renewal.  Both cases can't be right at the same time.  I am not going to lose sleep over a buck.  Stuff happens.

@lcam77 , check your payment history.  You will see individual line items for each reward and the normal cost of the plan.  Of course, your payment card will see taxes added on top of the net plan cost after adjustment for rewards.

Is the $30 number what's showing in yoru payment history, or is this approximately the amount showing on your credit card sattement? Also, are you remembering that you tax needs to be paid on top of that $26?
