HI there,

 

My Loyalty rewards are not being added to the plan ? Any suggestions ? where or whom to contact to get them added ?

How long have you been a customer? The loyalty reward will appear in your rewards section of the overview page and on your rewards page on day 361. It will then be applied to your balance on your next renewal.

On the first plan renewal date, after 12 months of tenure as a Public Mobile member, you will begin to earn a recurring Loyalty Reward for as long as you remain an active Public Mobile customer on that account.

How long have you been with Public mobile?  Your first loyalty reward usually shows up at about 13 months after signing up.  

@Meow  FYI Mods and Moderators don't exist anymore.

Can you provide screen print of your account (mask personal info!).

If you see loyalty award on your account and your account is active in good standing, most likely it will be applied on next renewal.

You can always contact MODs regarding account issues.

 

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with MODs). Click here and type ticket, then select account-specific question, then select you need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket or,

- Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Was your account either inactive or suspended ?

  • Your account must be active and in good standing to earn and use Rewards. It cannot be in a suspended or deactivated status. For example: if you earn Rewards and immediately go into a suspended state because of a late payment, you will not be able to use your Rewards until you have made that payment.
