Hi There,
I bought a new connection and lost the sim card before I could create a self serve account. It is on auto pay on my credit card. I do not know what to do now. Can you help please.
Thanks

@Meenakshi did you activate online? If yes, you created a self service account. Try logging in. If you know your secret question, try the forgot password link. If you can't, and forgot your secret question, then contact the moderators directly through private message here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Ask them for a temporary password to get into your account.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
Then order a new SIM and change it from within your self service account.

@Meenakshi How were you able to setup Auto-Pay without a selfserve account? Did you activate your card online or at a retail location?

@Meenakshi hi if you already have a plan I guess all you can do is get another sim to add to your account if you can't get into your account contact a moderator bottom right corner ?

@Meenakshi , you should get in touch with a moderator who will help with account setup and suspension while you obtain a new SIM card. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. If use of smartform brings no joy, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.
