Lost phone and Sim card

Hi,

I've lost my phone and my SIM card. I need to activate my new SIM using my old phone b.

Can you help me?

@Emmanuel10 - You remove it by clicking the dropdown arrow in top right corner and click on "Edit Post".

Then put random xxx or remove it altogether.

Do not need to activate new SIM card to start new account. 

Just need to change the SIM card number in your self service account, under your Profile section

How do I remove it?

@Emmanuel10 - Please remove your number by clicking on the upside down " ^ " and click on "Edit Post."

Please login like normal but when you reach 2FA click "Didn't Get The Code?" and click on "Send as Email"

If it is just "Resend Code" please try incorrectly entering 6 digit code 4 times, some have reported it pop up the option.

If it does not show, please contact CS_Agent here:

You will need to contact CS_Agent to change email and to regain access to your Account:

It is a public forum and so you have to remove personal info like your phone number and email
