Lost my phone number by mistake

I changed my phone number by mistake, I am very disappointed, 

 

Is there anyway to get my phone number back?

you might get your old number back If you can get some CSA to help you then within 90 days of you giving up your old number.

You may want to contact @CS_Agent urgently by private message. If your old phone number has not been activated on another account, you just may be able to get access to it again.

Huh 🤷🏼 🤦 how did you do that?

 

Once you give up your number. It is put on hold for 90 days before resigning it.

It is slim but contact a PM CS Agent and they might be able to help.

@Taleshi   did you request to change your number yourself?

 

answer to your question .. very likely you won't be getting it back

 

for you old number , did you get it new from PM?  or you port it into PM?  If you ported it in, when you gave up your number, it will go back to the original provider you got it from before and hence PM won't be able to help (the number already gone back)

 

If it was a number from PM, there is a slight chance, very slight chance,  if PM willing to help.  You can try to open a ticket and check your luck

 @Taleshi : How do you go through all those steps and then click go (or whatever) and go whoops. Why wouldn't you back out before that?

@Taleshi  - how did that happen? Sorry to hear this.

Were you suspended for over 90 days, this would do it. 

 

Do you know if the number is still available? Have you called it?

 

You can't really get a number back, officially.

What are your particular circumstances here?
