I lost my SIM in Europe. It is now impossible to do anything. I cannot log in to the app nor the forum nor the website because of 2 factor authentication sending a text message to the lost SIM card.
Ideally I want to log in to the app and then try setting up eSIM.

@mvo If you try resending the code a few times you should have an option to hit “code not received” and choose a different option such as getting the code emailed to you.
Unfortunately this evening there has been some issues accessing accounts on the site which hopefully will be solved soon. EDIT: I was finally able to login to my account not on the app so hopefully things continue to improve.
