Hello @Mak_Rush22 - you can obtain a new SIM card at a telus or koodo store (call ahead to check stock), or buy online here with Public.

@Mak_Rush22 First log into your self serve account and put it into Lost/Stolen mode (under Quick Links/Profile) until you get your new SIM which then can be changed (Quick Links/Profile) and your number will register to the new SIM card. Reminder to first remove Lost/Stolen mode and Resume Service when you are ready to switch to the new SIM card.
edit: of course, then put the new SIM in your phone and reboot.

Try to get a new sim card at a corporate Telus or Koodo store.
Then log into your account and do a sim card change.
