Lost SIM card

Does anyone know what to do if you lose a SIM card? If I buy a new one can I keep the same number? It's hard with no customer service to speak to. Thanks.

 @Triguy : You're quite right to suggest that and I thought of saying it too but then there's the lost/stolen rewards problem at the next renewal.

You can log into your account and list it as lost then when you get a replacement sim then you can change it and reactive your service.

 @ianfrickleton : You don't need anybody elses help. When you have your new SIM card then log in to your self-serve and choose Change SIM Card.
