Lose rewards of loyalty and PAP

I have been with Public Mobile for a few years and was rewarded the loyalty and PAP every month. Recently I changed a plan in Public Mobile. The bill of the new plan indicates there is no rewards of loyalty and PAP. Why?

Are you seur about that? The reward rules say otherwise.

There is an issue when you change from a 90 day plan to a 30 day plan or at least there was with the old 90 day legacy plans.

If you did an immediate plan change you will not receive a discount for loyalty and autopay. On your next renewal date you will then receive them.

If you changed plans earlier than your normal renewal lega y rewards are automatically added to your account after 48 hours.

If the plan change was scheduled to occur at renewal look for your legacy rewards to have been credited to your account sometime during the afternoon the day (29) before renewal.

You can also check your payment page for your upcoming bill which should show your current rewards and estimated payment or check your rewards account/page for your current rewards. Just don't switch and "Join Public Points" while you are in the rewards acount page

@JFENG  Did you do immediate plan change or for next renewal ? But just changing plans should not affect your old rewards . 

adding you didn’t by any chance been looking around in the rewards portal before this plan change ? Wonder if you accidentally opted into the new points system .

@JFENG - Ask an agent if you haven't joined Public Points yet or have joined Public Mobile before March of 2022. If you have joined Public Points, it'll not be credited.

Also to add, changing a plan with Legacy Rewards (People who signed up before March 2022) will keep their old Legacy rewards and earnings. If you upgraded to Public Points from a higher plan (More $$$) you will get less Points.
