Quick question: I purchased a long distance add-on (400 min for $15). Do I get charged $15 every billing cycle? Or I will only be charged whenever I use up the 400 mins?

You will get charged $15 when you buy the add-on. Its a one time charge.

@doomgeneration you will only be billed the once. Addons carry over until you have fully used them up.
