Trying to login.  It doesn't recognize my email.  It says user name or email -- so which one is it.  When I first went to by my SIM card the gentleman asked me to make a 4 digit password and then I made another one when I got home when it asked me to.  It doesn't accept either of these passwords plus I went to the "forget password" to change my password, it said it Failed.

@pgaogden..click this link for step-by-step instructions on how to create your PM self serve account. Make sure to write down and save your passwords and pin numbers...you may need them handy in the future.

@pgaogden Hello if it continues to lock you out after following above suggestions you will need to open a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent type in password reset they will help you  Click here

@pgaogden in this case, you can open ticket with PM support and have them to reset both your password and PIN

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

If you signed up in a store then you need to create the account. Click on Sign in upper right then My Account and then on the right side click Create account.
