Hi,
I recently ported to Koodo and cannot login to my account.
I want to access my account so I can see the balance that was left over prior to porting out to Koodo. Is there any other ways to obtain this information?

From reading previous responses from Moderators, you should message them. They may have a "backlog due to our very successful promo plan, we are doing everything we can and working extra hard to get everyone up and running.
If you "ported your number out of Public Mobile - this causes your account to become automatically deactivated by the system."
In other posts they ask you to message them and they will "send you more information in regards to this, via private message."

Once you port out, your account is closed.
You will need to contact moderator to get balance. Expect 1-2 days wait minimum.
