I have been having similar issues every time since the new website update.
I typically check each week and every time it fails.
Each time i must delete all cookies for public mobile.
I have been using firefox on windows.
Transactions fails, 404 errors. really does not give any confidence about things when buying add-ons.
I normally do not use Edge browser, so trying that now, it did not have previous cookies for public mobile and worked today. Will have to see what happens next time.

Try again with Incognito mode, that would help
Or you can try to use a completely different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
Or try on another device

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and use the down arrow to scroll down, you can choose to change immediately or at your next plan renewal date.and save and after 48hr rebooting device.
