Hi there, I’m trying to sign in to my account but I’ve forgot my password and I don’t have access to my registered email to change it. Could you plz help me.

@k2karimi - meaning you do not have access to the email you registered with any longer?
Then yes, you will need assistance by submitting a ticket to CSA for assistance.

@k2karimi For both email and password reset requires you submit a ticket to customer support. Here's couple of links to support, try to submit a ticket via the chatbot first though and if unable to submit a ticket then send a private message to CS_Agent.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to help you access your account as long as you can confirm your credentials.
