Ive been locked out of my account again how do i fix it.

You have to log in using you email and password. If you tried too many times with incorrect password, wait 1 hour and then try again.

If nothing works, contact agent

If you are locked out of account, you can try again in one hour to reset your password.  

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

Otherwise, you can submit ticket for customer service agent help. It may take a few hours for CSA to respond.
