Problem with the system savings passwords and security passwords 2nd time I even bothered first time I didn’t take a picture of my account number if I find another cellphone company that could possibly compare 

2nd attempt not long ago wanted to check up on my account and that problem isn’t fixed 

my password is xxxxxxxxxxxx and hmm not working as my Security password is the same ya it’s not working either nothing is working 

 

The only thing that’s working is automatic payment but that only stays activated for so long after your account is LOCKED 

 

fix your system

@Unknown97  - your account can be locked up after too many failed attempts to log into Self Serve.

But after a waiting period it unlocks again.

 

You web browser may have cache incorrect data. Even password managers may have remember incorrect passwords, so you need to manage these so that it remembers the correct ones.

 

Restarting the device you are working on or trying a whole new device sometimes helps and resets the login/website.

Everything is fixed hopefully it doesn’t happen again it does get annoying and I wouldn’t post my working password 😂ik it’s Community chat

I know other then it doesn’t work so really doesn’t matter if I post it I tried so many times just like the first time it’s not like someone can use my account anyways due to the password aren’t working and the security password doesn’t exist as it’s also not working I’m posting due to its the 2nd time happening and public mobile aka Telus isn’t working on it

I wouldn’t suggest you post your password on this Community. 
Just go on your Self Serve account and click on Forgot Password.

You can find your account number in the welcome email from when you activated. It's embedded in the To:. You might need to view source or headers to see it.

Autopay isn't linked to your login.

The welcome email address would also be your login id.

 

You could also try waiting another hour and try again.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,
