How do I check if my phone is locked.

Check your phone settings.

go to Settings --> Cellular look for  Cellular Data Network if you can find this option, then your Phone is unlocked, but if not, your Phone is locked.

Insert a different sim card from another provider if it asks you for a network unlock code then it's locked.
