The username of "Moderator" isn't that of a moderator, admin, nor anyone else who works at Public Mobile.

@Forgotmyaccount   You can try to use the Forgot password link there and try all your email address and see which one can get you to Step 2 of the reset password process.  But you still need to answer the security question next

 

If you really cannot figure it out, open ticket with PM Support to have them sort it out for you
