Why is account locked out despite payment?

If your account is in Suspended status, maybe your Autopay failed. Top up your account manually in Self Serve OR by calling 611 if you have a CC registered.

Then resume/reactivate services.

 

I would like the Moderators know if the autopay failure, if this was the case: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator

 

 

 

If your Self Serve status account, says ACTIVE Try these tricks:

  • reboot your phone
  • remove and reinsert your SIM
  • toggle into airplane mode, then back to regular mode
  • do a RESET of your NETWORK Setting
  • Try your SIM into another compatible phone
  • check to make sure your phone is not Blacklisted: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
