Legacy rewards still apply to subscription changes?

Hi, I was just wondering if my legacy rewards will still apply if I change my plan to one of the new Black Friday deals? After reading some of the forum it sounds like the legacy rewards will carry over. Can anyone confirm?

@Jord33 - you can change to any plan in your My Account without losing your legacy rewards. Just don't join Public Points system and all will be fine.
