Known passwords not working- how to get into accounts

Hello-

My family has several Public Mobile accounts, and I cannot get into any of them. The known passwords we set up are not working (these are saved in a password manager and I know they are correct). Our phones are working fine. 

I set up a new profile to get into the Community with a different email. 

How can I get into my account? What is the email or username for Customer support?  Thanks.

I marked this question as "solved" but it has not been resolved yet. I am really hoping someone can help- I don't want to have to leave Public.

Thanks. I logged in just a few weeks ago, and Eversafe has been set up for all the accounts. I’ve never had this problem- it’s so weird.

Is there any chance you haven't logged in since last spring when Eversafe was introduced?
