Keeping Account & Number with Lost Phone

Hi! I recently lost my phone- I've bought a new phone and have a new public mobile sim card. How do I get started with my new phone if I want to stick with my current plan and phone number?

Thanks!

P.S I haven't canceled my current plan or reported the phone lost to PM

Simply login to your account and click the on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then have the 2FA code sent by email.

Once you are in your account, go to Profile section and click on Change SIM card number to keep your existing number and cancel the old SIM service.

 go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

(If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email) 

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
