Just ported number in - Voice Calls & Data are OK, SMS is not working

Hi guys, I just ported a phone number in - Voice Calls & Data are OK, SMS is still not working. It's been ~3-4 hours now. Any suggestions?

Public Mobile has had problems with SMS for new customers for over a month now with no updates. Please create a ticket to fix your issue.
