Just ported, can't receive calls or get the 6 digit code.

Hey, I just ported back to PM, use to be under them years ago. With this # I can't get the text or call for the 6 digit code. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps. 

I can't receive phone calls either, it's straight to voice mail but under my old carrier. I did reply YES for the # port. 

I'd appreciate any help from CS ASAP, I was going to port a second number

Hi, I have a similar problem. Switched to Public Mobile yesterday from Roger’s for a bit more context. May I also get the number of the porting support team?

hi @LazyTrutle did you receive a text from your old carrier and did you reply Yes within 90 mins?? 

Call the porting support team.  I have sent you the number.  Check your community inbox
