Issue in inbound calls/msg after Number Transfer

@CS_Agent Just got my number transferred to PM and can make calls and send msg and data but incoming calls and messages are not working. Its ESim and even can’t raise support tickets, the page error out. Appreciate some help fixing the issue.

@Prin- This means your number  transfer was not completed.  Did you answer the text from your previous carrier within the allotted time?  Have you restarted your phone afterwards?

If yes, you will need to request that the transfer request be re-initiated.  There is a phone number to call, but unfortunately, i cannot send it to you since I do not have it.  I am sure someone else will message it to you.
