Is the network currently down?

Hi!

I have been experiencing some network issues where my phone is not connected to the network. It keeps saying "emergency calls" or I am getting messages saying there is no SIM connected. I have restarted my phone a couple of times along with taking out the SIM and putting it back in again. But my phone is still going back to "emergency calls". Is there any network issues/outage currently? What can I do to get my phone connected to the network again?

@Help101 , if you are getting no SIM error, then it is likely due to phone issues.  Even if the network is down, the presence of a SIM card would still be detected by the phone.

Hi @Phil_Adelphus !

Thank you for sending me the link to the outage map. I am not spotting any issues within my region. I will send out a private message to one of the agents!

I'm not having issues myself. You can always reach out to a CS Agent to reprovision your SIM card or reset your network.

You can reach a CS Agent via private message with the link

EDIT: Have you tried using your SIM card in another phone to confirm it's not dead?
