Can i please get some assistance from sometime at public mobile? I have a private message in and it has been read but there is no response and the account still cannot receive calls. And cannot log in either. It's been days and days.

What they are saying is that your port is stuck in transition.  I know it is frustrating to be without a phone but I have had the smae issues when I was dealing witha  person in the store so it isn't just PM that has these issues the retail stores also have similar problems

Your advice is to use a service that works. Good advice.

If you are transferring your number, try your old SIM. If it's working just use it unlti PM clears up your service.
